I wanted to share my newest cooking obsession; making healthy keto waffles (also known as chaffles).
We usually do pancakes every Saturday morning with the girls, but lately I have been doing waffles instead. The best part is this waffle recipe is nutritious and protein packed and low carb for me. They are super easy to make; only three ingredients. And the girls love them! Also, they are great, low-mess options for Heidi, who is baby led weaning, and an easy way to expose her to eggs and nut butters.

Recipe: This recipe is super simple to remember. Everything is in 4s.
- 4 eggs
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons almond flour
- Yields 4 small waffles
- We like to add variety by mixing in fruit or a giant spoon of almond or peanut butter.
- Top with some butter and sugar-free syrup or sugar-free whipped topping for a special treat.
